One day left until I start my new job full time

I have one day left at the school before I get to start at SAFE. I'm still not sure what exactly I am going to be doing there, but I guess I'll find out on Wednesday. It's still cold here, but the snow has melted. We did however have snow flurries this afternoon.

I was able to make fried chicken (in bacon grease), scalloped potatoes and peas for dinner. I still can't believe how much it costs for things like chicken, beef and vegetables. I am looking forward to having a box of fresh, organic produce every week. I'm hoping by having all these vegetables I will be able to get Aaron to eat more than just meat, potatoes and bread, but we will see.
